In addition to celebrating the Nutmeg State Games 20th Anniversary, we are pleased to announce the 1st EVER Nutmeg State Games WIFFLE Ball Tournament. It is only fitting that Connecticut will be the first State Games to offer such a tournament, since we are home to the WIFFLE Ball Factory located in Shelton, CT. The competition will be held at Hatters Park in Danbury, CT on Saturday, August 2nd and Sunday August 3rd. We will try to complete the tournament in one day (Sat. Aug. 2)! The Nutmeg State Games will be offering a 20% Payout of the total amount collected from Entry Fees to the top three (1st-60%, 2nd-30% & 3rd place-10%) teams in the Men’s & Women’s Tournament. Enter and compete in a fun, competitive environment with the opportunity to win some cash!!! The Nutmeg State Games is an open competition that any Connecticut resident may enter. Out of state participants are also welcome since we are the ONLY State Games offering a WIFFLE Ball Tournament!!! Teams consist of 5 players and are open divisions (no age restrictions). The tournament will be a round robin format with a minimum three Game Guarantee! This culmination of historic events for the 2008 Nutmeg State Games WIFFLE Ball Tournament makes this one event you DO NOT want to miss out on!!!
